Dear Sir, We are a glass manufacturing company having toughened and safety glass units with us having an annual turnover of USD 30000000 based in India. For having backward integration, we are planning to set up a PVB film making unit in India. We ourselves are having a huge requirement of PVB with us and then we will supply it to other users also. But we want to do a Joint Venture with companies who are interested in having this unit in India. Initially we are planning to start up with 2500 Tonns annually and then will expand as per the demand.
