Dear Sir We are glass paver, figured glass and U glass manufacturer in South America, our Factory is located in Villavicencio, Colombia, our melting capacity in around 40 US metric tons. We have 2 lines of production on the same furnace, one is for U glass and Figured Glass, second line is for Glass pavers and Glass Blocks. We don’t produce glass blocks anymore. Our request is for a Used or new Press machine in order to produce glass pavers, the weight for each paver is around 1.100gr to 1200 gr per finished product or gob. We require a machine that can handle at least 13.000 units on full production and 7500 minimum production. We currently have a Waltec Press machine, but is very old machine and no more support for it and also very low tech, this machine works with drum air , and now we need a PLC operated.
