2. Review of China Glass 2009 in Shanghai
China Glass is the only international glass exhibition sponsored and supported by all glass industry-related governmental departments and nationwide trade associations of China. With the global financial crisis and recession economic situation, China Glass 2009(the 20th event) was even successfully held in Shanghai from 13 to 16 May 2009. The total exhibiting space was significantly grown to 55,000 m2. Totally 836 companies participated in the event and came from 23 countries. 230 of them were international companies. The exhibiting companies were increased by 13.6%, compared with 736 of China Glass 2008. The professional visitors admission to the exhibition were 43,277 in total and they came from 92 countries. The regular exhibitors were up to 93% of all the exhibitors at the 20th event. The event set up the theme of the innovation and new trend of processed glass and photovoltaic glass. During the event, the technology seminar and the symposium focused on glass melt process, energy saving and emission reduction. The most of exhibitors were satisfied with the event and plan to be back to Beijing for China Glass 2010.

4. China Glass 2010 in Beijing and China Industrial Steady Recovery
（1）China Glass 2010(the 21st event) will take place in China International Exhibition Center(new venue) in Beijing on 4 – 7 June 2010. The event will occupy 4 halls including hall W1 – W4. The regular exhibitors and 4 national groups have already reserved their spaces or pavilions. For the moment, many exhibitors and professional visitors are consulting with us about space, advertising page, seminar and so on. China Glass 2010 will still lies the essential focus on solar/photovoltaic glass manufacturing and deep processing, energy saving and new energy glass technology, besides all the segments of glass industry.
（2）In 2008, the flat glass output grew by 7.95% to 574.23 million weight cases, compared with 531.92 in 2007, among this output the float glass was 478.00 million weight cases, while the processed glass was 32% of the total glass output. Under the government’s 4-trillion-yuan economic stimulus package, the China’s industrial sectors were on recovery path and the industrial output increased by 7% in the first six months of 2009. Both China’s industrial output steady growth and stable RMB yuan policy will benefit the global economy.
China Glass 2010 will be absolutely a grand get-together and excellent trade platform in the global glass industry in 2010 for the visitors and exhibitors from all the parts of the world. It will devote to gradual recovery of full glass markets in the world.
5. How to Participate in the Event as Exhibitor？
Any exhibitor should fill in the attached Contract and Application Form and submit it to the Beijing Zhonggui Exhibition Co., Ltd(BZEC) for confirmation. Then booth(s) will be tentatively allocated according to the exhibitor's request of the booth dimension and the booth sales situation. After 100% of the payment is made, the booth(s) can be fixed. The Payment deadline is: April 5, 2010. For details of the participation cost and payment conditions, please see items 7 and 8 in this brochure and the attached Contract and Application Form.
6. How to Register as Visitor？
Please directly contact Beijing Zhonggui Exhibition Co., Ltd. or have access to China Glass portal website: www.chinaglass-expo.com to complete the registration procedure.
7. Booth Rental
Option 1: Shell Scheme Booth Rental
US$350 per sqm（minimum area: 9 sqm.）
The rental includes carpeting, wall panels, company's name in original language and Chinese on fascia, information counter, chairs, waste paper basket, light, socket and electric supply(5A/220V) for lighting only. For specific quantities of exhibiting facilities, please read our manual to be mailed to each of exhibitors in November.
Option 2: Raw Space Rental
US$310 per sqm (minimum area: 36 sqm.)
Booths will be set up and equipped with exhibiting facilities at exhibitor’s expense.
8. Terms of Payment
Down payment: the first 50% of the total contracted amount must be remitted within 14 days after receiving the signed Contract and Application Form with booth/space confirmed and an official invoice. If the down payment would not be available on bank account of BZEC within the above mentioned 14 days, the stand/space reserved would not be kept.

Balance: the second 50% of the total contracted amount is required to remit to Beijing Zhonggui Exhibition Co., Ltd. in the same way as mentioned above, no later than April 5, 2010.
Please remit us all the contracted amount including all the bank processing and transfer fee.
In case of refusal to participate in the event or failure to use the stand reserved, the cancellation in writing has to be sent to BZEC no later than March 5, 2010. In this case，50% of the advance payment will be refunded. If any cancellation is received after March 5, 2010, the refund will not be performed in view of the organization costs and the other damage caused by exhibitor’s withdrawal. BZEC reserve the right to relocate the stand to other companies.
