NOTES:
 
 1. Depending on your stand type and placement in the hall, the following surcharges apply:
- inline booth (opening onto alley): no surcharge;
- corner (opening onto 2 alleys): 10% on base rate;
- “peninsular” (opening onto 3 alleys): 15% on base rate;
- “island” (opening onto 4 alleys): 20% on base rate;
- “double floor” (in accordance with Organizers): 30% on base rate and excluding construction costs and stand elements;
- location in the most prestigious or central place: 10% on base rate.
 
 2. Compulsory registration fee includes catalogue listing in official exhibition catalogue (max. 60 words in English and Ukrainian), 50 complimentary tickets, 2 tickets for gala-dinner.
 
 3. Insurance - compulsory exhibition insurance and civil liability
