Yanggu Jinjingyu Glass Company locates in West Industrial Park of Yanggu Town, which is rich in culture heritage. It is a wholly owned capital subsidiary of Jincailun Group with registered capital of 16 million Yuan. Our company covers an area of 126730m2; 24065 m2 of factory and 1800m2 of green area. The whole factory is magnificent and full of vigor. Our company is in early preparation; we uphold high positioning, high start, and seizing high-end market to develop. Currently, we have ten production lines: two cold grinding lines, two tempered glass lines, three insulating glass lines, one laminated glass line, one art glass line and one plastic steel window & door line. Our company owns fifty sets of large equipments, which are first-class level domestically, such as: full automatic cutting machine from Yinrui(Anhui), large horizontal four sides edger from Yalong(Guangdong), large double edging machine from Golive(Guangdong), large vertical drilling machine from Ivaco(Guangdong), tempering line from North Glass(Luoyang), insulating line from Tenon(Beijing), laminating line from Lewei(Hebei); all these equipments suppliers are first-class in domestic industries. Our processing equipment is CNC interface operation. We only need sixty employees in such a big plant, which greatly reduces labor’s intensity and improves work efficiency; meanwhile it could improve quality and quantity greatly. We could process tempered glass, insulating glass, bulletproof glass, curtain wall glass, color glazing glass, sandblasting glass, art glass, low-e glass advocated by our nation, etc; we could meet full range of market demands of various customers.
