The glass is produced by laminating two layers of high-quality float glass (curve or flat) and one layer of PVB sheet of American Du pont, Monsanto or Japanese Sekisui with high temperature and high pressure. The product features fine optical and anti-shock performance. Even in case of breaking, the fragments will be stuck on the PVB sheet and will not easily fall off, which provides top safety guarantee to both passengers and the driver. The laminated glass is mainly used for front windshield etc. In addition, it is heat insulative, noise insulative and ultraviolet absorptive.
