Several Drying Methods of Glass

 (China Glass Network) The drying methods for glassware products are different from others. There are two main methods; one is natural drying and another is forced drying.

Natural drying means that to put the printed product in a suitable place and to let it be dried naturally. However, the drying speed is different because of temperature and air ventilation. We can use cold air or warm air to speed up its drying. Glassware products must be wholly dried before burning. Moreover, the burning temperature must be below 120℃; and we must pay much more attention to that the temperature should be increased little by little in burning processing.

For printing mass multi-color glassware products, we should take forced drying method. The most common forced drying method is electrical drying. When it comes to multi-color printing, each print one time. After four colors printing, it should be burned. Besides, we should also pay attention to temperature.
