Optimized Delivery lubrication

At glasstec 2010, CONDAT has presented a complete range of products and equipment meeting the requirements of the hollow glass process, including:

• Soluble lubricants for shear spray and for the “delivery system”
• Neat oils for the “delivery system”
• Dual-component product for the dry “delivery” coating
• Graphited varnish for mould lubrication
• Lubricants for SWABBING
• Oils for conveyor belt chains
• A complete range of oil and grease maintenance products “mineral and synthetic”

Among this wide range, CONDAT will exhibit high performance lubricants for delivery lubrication: BIOGLASS DLS. These soluble oil formulations are based upon synthetics oils, natural origin. They are biodegradable.*

They offer the following advantages:
- Excellent lubrication of the shears, thus enhancing their life time,
- Reduced consumption thanks to a low dilution ratio and less spray volumes,
- Clean nose underneath the feeder,
- Elimination of spray clogging
- Avoidance of defects on finished products

To optimise the use of this product, CONDAT also offer suitable equipment: CONDAMIX. This dosing unit allows delivery of an accurate quantity of BIOGLASS DLS in the system. Dilution of the product is optimised and reliable; it allows substantial gains on lubricant consumption.
