CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 1, 2010) - Cal Alta Auto Glass Inc. (PINK SHEETS:CAAG) (the "Company") announces that FINRA received the necessary documentation to process the 1-200 Reverse Split for Cal Alta Auto Glass, Inc.
This corporate action took effect at the open of business 10/20/10. The new symbol is CAAGD. Please note that the "D" will be removed 20 business days from October 20, 2010,
To further update on the Company's reorganization, the Company has acquired the shares of Cal Alta Group Inc. in a non-arms length all share transaction. The company has commenced preparation of necessary documentation to bring its filings and auditing of consolidated operations current and return to fully reporting status.
The Company expects to have further news shortly on its ongoing operations.
