PPG Tianjin Aerial Material Application Supporting Center is put into operation, strength the service for China Flight Industry

(China Glass Nerwork)On November 4, 2010, PPG Aerial Material (Tianjin) Co., Ltd has held the opening ceremony. Ren Xuefeng, the vice mayor of Tinjin city, CharlsBunch, the CEO of PPG and other guests have attended this ceremony.

The total investment of PPG Tianjin Aerial Material Application Supporting Center is over 2,100,000 dollars, with the covering area of 6083.4 square meters. Areal materials are divided in RRC-DESOTO and fight glass these two parts. In which, PRC-Desoto is the global leading producer and distributor for fight paints, sealant, package and application system. PPG aircraft glass dept. is the largest suppliers for windshield, window, and hatch covers glass.

This project is divided into 2 periods, after the finish of second period project, the annual output of aircraft paints can reach 200 tons, sealant 100tons, windshield glass 200 pieices, and also can provide chemical management and packaging and other services, which largely increase the capacity of PPG in aircraft field. It also can offer better product and service for China aircraft and market.
