Fujian Province is planning to invest 14 billion RMB to establish the largest top quality glass production base

One of the largest and high-grade glass production base now is coming out in Dongshan, Fujian. It is learned from Development and Reform Commission (abbr.) that they have approved the projects of 2 glass lines of Zhangzhou Kibing Group.

Zhangzhou Kibing Glass Project is one glass production park invested and established by Zhejiang Ningbo Kibing Group, with the total investment of 14,000,000,000 RMB, now it is the largest private project of Fujian Province, also is one of the leading projects of Zhangzhou since opening and reform.

It is learned from Fujian Development and Reform Commission that, the new 2 lines, one is the online TCO coated glass line with daily output of 600 tons, another is the ultra white photovoltaic glass line with daily output of 800 tons, will largely improve the production scale of photovoltaic and solar battery industry in Zhangzhou.

Since the foundation of Zhangzhou Kibing Glass Project in 2007, it develops largely. Currently, the first line of float glass with daily output of 900 tons and the second line of online coated glass with daily 600 tons have put into production. The third world leading ultra white photovoltaic glass line is planning to fire in December, the fourth photovoltaic glass line is expected to be put into production in May, 2011.
