Existing state and development trend of colored crystal glass

(China Glass Network) Currently, Haier has established more than thirty refrigerator production bases in the global, with capacity of 20 million units. Midea Refrigerator has four manufacturing bases in Anhui Hefei, Guangdong Guangzhou,and Hubei Jingzhou, with comprehensive production capacity of 10 million units, while Hisense and Kelon have 6 manufacturing bases in Beijing, Zhejiang, Shunde, and Nanjing with capacity of 10 million units. Meiling has three manufacturing bases in hefei, Mianyang, and Jingde town, with total capacity of more than 6 million units.

Colored crystal glass’ utilization of Haier, Hisense, Xinfei, Meiling, Xiuqiang Glass and other customers accounted for 50% of refrigerator panel, in which light colors (mainly for white) products accounted for 30% of colored crystal glass panel; dark colors (mainly for red, blue-based) products accounted for 60% of colored crystal glass panel; side-by-side door, multi-doors and other high-end series (mainly for Haier 551,552,576) accounted for 7% of colored crystal glass panels. Appliance display glass, solar coated glass, TCO glass, LOW-E glass, vacuum insulation panel (VIP) and other five series, nearly a thousand varieties, have been sold to more than 30 countries and regions.
