Iran for the first time has exported high quality security glass. Ali Khalili, managing director of Shishehsazan-e Jaam-e Iman Company, made the above announcement while addressing the launch of the first furnace production line with the biggest output of security glass, IRNA reported.
"The company was founded with the goal of making industrial advances. At present, there are better conditions for production following the import of good quality machinery from China, Germany and Italy," he said.
"In addition to having banking support, we have invested suitably to export (our products) in addition to meeting the local demand."
Khalili noted that his company has been granted a bank loan of 40 billion rials ($4 million) of banking loan for purchasing raw materials and 15 billion rials ($41.5 million) for buying machinery, while it has itself invested 200 billion rials ($1.9 million).
"Given our talks with the officials of the Ministry of Industries and Mines, we will not face any problems after implementing the Subsidy Reform Law," he said.
Addressing the same event, a member of the Board of Directors of Bank Saderat IranBank Saderat Iran, Mehdi Fattahi, said being active in the production sector under tough economic conditions is of high value.
"Investments facilitate advancement. Producers are key to the country's progress and advances made by the companies can generate new jobs and also be effective in improving the overall conditions of the society," he said.
Shishehsazan-e Jaam-e Iman Company is the largest producer of high quality security glass in the country and its products have been exported to Turkey for the first time.
