Anheuser-Busch InBev has recalled some batches of Stella Artois beer (250ml bottles) because they might contain small pieces of glass. The Food Standards Agency has issued a Product Recall Information Notice.
The product being recalled is Stella Artois (10 bottle pack); pack size - 10 x 250ml bottles; and batch codes - L0219MZ, L0272MZ, L0288MY, L0308MY, L0309MY and L0309MZ.
InBev has recalled the affected batches from consumers and notices are being displayed in stores and on the internet explaining the reason for recall. No other Stella Artois products are known to be affected.
In addition to Stella Artois, the InBev brand portfolio features Budweiser, Becks, Hoegaarden and Leffe.
