Xinyi Photovoltaic Glass has achieved the first energy management system certification in China

(China Glass Network)Recently, Xinyi Photovoltaic Industry (Anhui) Holdings Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyi PV Company") uder Xinyi Glass, has successfully passed China Building Materials [17.90-1.00%] central energy management system certification audit, this company is the first enterprise that passed energy management system certification in China photovoltaic glass industry.

On May 18, 2010, Xinyi Photovoltaic Company has signed the contract with China Building Certification Center for energy management system certification. Then since from June 2010, the company has established and implemented the energy management system according to the standard of GB/T23331-2009 "Energy Management System Requirements", involving laws and regulations. Xinyi Photovoltaic Company followed the principle of "technology innovation, energy efficiency, scientific management, continuous improvement, clear financial systems, and establish green space", to reach the final target of energy efficiency and the standard required "two promises, a framework”. After several months’ operation of the energy management system, the company has held several activities of energy management system internal audits and energy management system evaluation and etc. The reality has proved that energy management system established by this company has meted the requirements of national standards and relevant laws and regulatory, also the system is running effectively.

Energy management system certification is mainly rely on GB/T23331-2009 “Energy Management System Requirement”.
