China Glass again purchased 17.46% shares of Weihai Blue Star by 122,000,000 RMB

(China Glass Network) China Glass (03300) announced, the bid for purchasing the 17.46% shares of Weihai Blue Star was successes, and has signed stock transfer agreement with Qingdao Soda Ash Co., with the value of 122,000,000RMB(142,000,000 Hong Kong Dollar)

Weihai Blue Star is mainly for the business of glass products. Currently China Glass has hold 50.78% shares of Weihai Blue Star. They said that, this purchasing can further control the operation of Weihai Blue Star, and further share benefits of Weihai Blue Star.
