Total Glass supplied and installed 38 white PVC-U windows – including 15 arched styles measuring two metres by three metres - at Broughton Hall High School in West Derby, Liverpool as part of a major refurbishment programme.
Four French Doors were installed in addition to the new thermally-efficient windows, which replaced old steel single-glazed versions in classrooms and hallways. The new ‘A’-rated windows incorporate Georgian bars and ‘sunburst’ designs, replicating the style of the original Victorian ones.
Working with main contractor Morgan Sindall, Total Glass provided a complete survey and design service for the scheme, which was completed within exacting timeframes during the summer break.
