Saint Gobain likely to buy float glass plant of Sezal Glass

Sources add that the deal is likely to be closed by the end of this month.Both the parties are keen on the deal closure before the new Competition Commission of India (CCI) merger and acquisition norms kick in.
 
Sezal Glass has said that they have "always acted in shareholder interest and are talking to many interested parties but no timeline has been decided on the potential deal.
