Luoyang North Glass Failed to Issued after Passed accraditation by CSRC Twice, Two Overseas Patent Cases may be the obstacles

(China Glass Network)After applied and passed accreditation by CSRC twice, we still can not find Luoyang North Glass in A-share market and what’s the problem with listed approval? The two patents with Finland company Glastons mentioned in prospectus may be the obstacles.

These two patent cases separately happened in Britain and Canada.

North Glass had focused on the instruction of these two cases in the item of “risk factor” in its prospectus which submitted in 2010 and 2011. However, in 2011’s prospectus, North Glass thoroughly denied the torts mentioned by Glaston.
