According to the prospectus, the company plans to issue 67 million shares ,the total share will be 267 million and the funds raised will be put into project of technical transformation of SM-NG-X energy-saving glass tempering machine.

The innovative glass processing technology of Luoyang North Glass has been widely used in a number of major landmark projects domestic and abroad such as “Sun Valley ”of Expo, “Water Cube” of Olympic National Stadium, National Theatre, China Millennium Monument, Flagship Store of Apple, etc. Luoyang North Glass has successfully gained high brand awareness in the industry and realized changing from “Made in China” to “Create in China”.
