Kibing Group Listed Successfully in Shanghai Securities Exchange

(China Glass Network) With support of the government and unremitting efforts of all staff, Kibing Group has listed successfully in Shanghai Securities Exchange on August 12,2011.

The first issue is 168 million shares and the name is “Kibing Group”(601636),the issue price is 9 RMB/share with first-day closing price of 14.15RMB. It’s stated that the funds collected will be put into the technical improvement of low-e production line in Zhuzhou and photovoltaic glass substrate production line of Zhangzhou Kibing Glass. The move will promote upgrading of glass industrial structures and plays a vital role in development of solar PV industry.
