Liz Grimes Brings Glass Focus to Curbell Plastics

As part of its increased focus on the glass and glazing market Curbell Plastics Inc., a plastics supplier in Orchard Park, N.Y., has hired Liz Grimes as business development manager for security glazing and safety eyewear.

Grimes brings 22 years of experience in the plastics industry to Curbell. As an experienced market development specialist Grimes has written numerous technical articles for the International Association of Plastic Distributors. She currently serves as an at-large board member for the Philadelphia Section of the Society of Plastics Engineers. In her new role Grimes will focus on developing the market for SentryGlas® materials and helping customers to better understand all of the benefits plastics can offer.

"Many customers in the glass lamination industry do not know about all of the products we have to offer them," says Grimes, "Educating these customers about the ways we can help make their jobs easier will be a big part of my focus".
