Price of Soda Ash rise 31.88% in Major Cities

(China Glass Network) The latest statistics from Monitoring Center shows that average price of soda ash in major cities is 2136.4 RMB/ton in August,2011 ,which rises 7.48 RMB/ton with an annulus comparing rose of 0.35% by July. It also shows a rise of 31.88%, 516.55 RMB/ton compared with the same period last year.

Cities appear soda ash price rise account for 26.23% in the cities by statistical. Price of Jinan city, Shandong Province rises 300 RMB per ton compared with last month , which gains the largest increase of 15.80%.Hangzhou City is in the list of cities with price decreasing , accompanied by an annulus comparing decrease of 17.39%, decreasing from 2300RMB/ton to 1900RMB/ton. Cities has reached price more than 2000 RMB occupied 63.93% and are mostly located in Northwest region. Seen from comprehensive analysis , trend of soda ash price continues to rise.
