Safelite AutoGlass has been named a finalist for Business First of Columbus’ annual Best Places to Work award for the third time. The top three rankings will be announced November 9, 2011, according to the company.
The Best Places to Work program, launched in 2005, is open to any company or organization with a central Ohio office with at least 10 full-time employees. Applications are handled through Quantum, which administers a survey to employees with about 30 questions regarding their work environments.
“An award that recognizes our company’s culture and our dedication to our people is the most valued award we could earn. Knowing that our employees are engaged, and therefore committed to serving our customers, gives us great pride,” says Tom Feeney, president and CEO of Safelite AutoGlass.
