PRL Glass completes new manufacturing facility

Officials from PRL Glass announced the completion of a new 98,000-square-foot manufacturing facility to add to its existing 150,000-square-foot glass and aluminum plants, according to a Nov. 21 release.

This new building will be the home of the company's new art laminated glass line, automatic float and lamination glass cutting lines, and a 96-inch by 172-inch tempering oven, the company's third tempering oven. The addition of the production lines will establish PRL as an advanced, high-volume glass fabricator/manufacture on the West Coast, according to the release. The investment positions the company's manufacturing capabilities for future growth, and will help maintain fast lead times.
