(China Glass Network) The first waste heat cogeneration of float glass with oxygen-full combustion in China has successful operated recently. It was transformed from 500t/d float line of Anhui Huaguang Photoelectric Materials Science & Technology Group by Bengbu Glass Industry Design Institute with independent intellectual property rights technology. So it entered into the last debugging stage before grid-connected. The project has reached the international advanced level in technology, scale, energy consumption, quality etc, breaking the monopoly from abroad. Moreover, it fully creates a new situation for upgrading and reconstruction and has epoch-making significance on realizing energy conservation & emission reduction in China glass industry

 

The project is the first waste heat cogeneration of float glass with oxygen-full combustion in China, realizing energy conservation and emission reduction through building a waste heat boiler and a turbine with installed power of 2 MW. It makes the smoke give off by glass production enter into the exhaust-heat boiler, and the kiln’s pressure is stable. The project plans annual generation capacity of 14.04 million kilowatt-hours, save 5068tons of coal every year.
