Glass Bot Manufacturer Has New Name: Nelson Glass Tools

Nelson Marketing and Consulting, based in Garden Valley, Calif., has changed its name to Nelson Glass Tools.

"[Our previous name] didn't really define who we were and what we were doing," says company president Rick Nelson. "A lot of people thought we were repping our main tool, the Glass Bot."

Aside from the company's signature tool, the Glass Bot, the company also offers a line of accessory items for the Glass Bot and works with others on tool development.

"We've been assisting others with tool development and such but not on a contract basis," says Nelson.

The company was founded in 2008 and began promoting the Glass Bot in the United States two years ago, according to Nelson.
