Shandong Province Strengthen Supervision of Glass Packing Material Manufacturers

(China Glass Network) Food Safety Commission of Shandong Province has issued emergency notice of “Severely punish behavior of manufacturing and distributing adulterated wine”. The notice requested that provider of food service must resell used glass wine bottles, bottle cap and other packages to renewable resources recovery station after destroy the shapes. Business license need to be shown before the business, copy should be saved and variety and quantity of the resold products must be record in details.

Information from the issue showed that activities of manufacturing and distributing adulterated wine haven’t vanished and the situation is still severe now.

Government of Shandong Province also request relevant departments lay emphasis on supervision of alcohol packaging material manufacturers and fully clear up enterprises without relevant qualifications and other unlawful acts.
