ASI Resumes Operations With New Ownership, According to Local Reports

The company also is facing at least two lawsuits by Employment Plus Inc., of Bloomington, Ind., and Southeastern Supply Co. of Indianapolis, according to Boone County (Ind.) Superior Court documents.

Employment Plus' charges include breach of agreement, account stated, and unjust enrichment and quantum meruit, according to court documents. Employment Plus officials allege that their company provided temporary employees to ASI, but that ASI failed to make payments. A staffing agency, Employment Plus, further claims that ASI owes it $837,969.98 in unpaid salaries.

Southeastern Supply alleges that ASI owes it $8,176.18 plus late charges, interest and reasonable attorney's fees, according to court documents.

Calls to representatives of Hunt Construction Co., Ohio Farmers Bank and ASI had not been returned at press time
