ABRA Auto Body & Glass recently appointed Louis Berezovsky as the company’s new executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Berezovsky has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Berezovsky spent 14 years working in the private equity industry where he completed more than 50 company acquisitions, according to ABRA.
Berezovsky holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), ABRA said.
“I am thrilled to be joining an industry leader. This is a tremendous opportunity, and I look forward to uncovering a new range of possibilities for accelerating ABRA’s growth in the months and years ahead,” Berezovsky said.
“Louis’ experience in high-growth companies and his leadership style will be an excellent fit with our growth plans and the ABRA culture,” said Duane Rouse, CEO of ABRA. “His extensive background in finance and acquisitions aligns well with our national expansion plans and our mission to becoming the leading auto body and glass company in America.”
Minneapolis-based ABRA currently operates 115 collision repair and glass facilities throughout 12 U.S. states.
