Dalian Spearheaded Security Authentication of Auto Glass

(China Glass Network) After months of in-depth research and multilateral negotiations, Dalian Insurance Industry Association has drafted “Auto Glass Security Authentication Management Approach for Insurance Accident Vehicle”(For trial implementation). The approach will be put into trial use in 4 districts of Dalian City, which aims to reduce the tort and harm caused by false and inferior auto glass to users and promote vehicle insurance claims service to a depth field.

Insurance accident vehicle with loss more than 1000 RMB must be carried on standard test of quality after installation of new auto glass; replacement fee below 1000 RMB can adopt voluntary principles to enjoy free validation service in certificated auto glass enterprises, according to the management approach.

In addition, insurance industry of Dalian City will build up         authentication progress of automobile accessories and drive the health development of property claims service by improving quality control ability of auto insurance service.
