Production Engineer Tim Hruska Joins Wojan Window & Door

Wojan Window & Door of Charlevoix, Mich., has added Tim Hruska as its new production engineer. Relocating from the Sacramento area, he joins the company after more than 21 years in the window and glass industries.

Hruska earned his degree in industrial engineering from the University of Idaho and throughout his careerhas held various positions relating to production planning and business management on both the commercial and residential sides.

"Continuing to meet customer commitments," Hruska says, "this is my primary focus." In the position since February 6, Hruska's first six weeks have been busy. "I've been working closely with purchasing, plant supervisors and company management, evaluating current processes and implementing changes to improve production and better manage our materials inventory," Hruska says.

"Tim brings with him not only experience, but serious ideas on ways to help our company as we continue to grow," says Keith Demeuse, Wojan vice president. "We feel very fortunate to have him."

Wojan exceeded its sales goals in 2011, according to the company.
