(China Glass Network) Wholly-owned subsidiary of Northglass, Shanghai Northglass Coating Company (hereinafter to be referred as Shanghai Coating) has got the Certification of High & New Tech Enterprise issued jointly by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Shanghai Finance Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Office, SAT and Shanghai Local Taxation Bureau. The serial number of the certification is GR201131000728 and the period of validity is three years.

Shanghai Coating will enjoy the related preferential policies during the following three years (2011-2013) according to the rules. The company will also pay enterprise income tax by tax rate of 15%.
