Glass Production on First Season of 2012 Has Raised 11.76 Percent

(China Glass Network) According to the Statistics, the national production of flat glass reached 63.6982 million weight boxes, 6.57 percent more than last period and 4.17 percent more than the same period of last year.  Comparing with the volume of production, the top 5 provinces are as follows, Hebei province with 12.96 million listed on top; it’s 2.42 million weight cases more than last month and rises 11.8% year-on-year. Shandong province with the production volume 7.67 million weight cases is 0.32 million weight case than last month, but 2.23 percent dropped than the same period of last year.  Hubei with the production volume of 6.77 million weight case ranked third; it is 0.42 million weight case more than last month, and raises 34.98 percent than last year. The next is Jiangsu province. Jiangsu with the output of 5.44 million is 1.13 million weight cases less than last month but drops 11.61 percent than last year. The last one is Guangdong. Guangdong with the capacity of 4.83 million weight case is 0.54 million less than last month, and drops 8.35 percent than last year.

If ranked on month output growth, the top five provinces are Guangxi with growth 313.89 percent, Chongqing 168.21 percent, Tianjin 167.35 percent, Guizhou 140.36 percent, and Yunnan 95.99 percent.
