(China Glass Network) CFO of Xinyi Glass (00868.HK), Xiyuan Liu announced that the two production lines of Wuhu have knocked off. One production line of the two is planned to return to operation this year according to actual demand of the market.
He said that the group also to step into electronic glass industry with main market of domestic consumer electronic products. The production is expected to go into operation by mid 2013 with investment of 800 million RMB. Xiyuan Liu indicates that gross profit of the new line will be higher than current production lines of the group.
