Sichuan Shubo: Ignition for New Production Line

(China Glass Network) On September 8, Sichuan Shubo Group chairman and association deputy chairman Mr. Li Zhenggang handed ignition device, and personally lit the new No. 13 glass furnace. In order to improve capacity, reduce energy consumption, and add glass category, Shubo Group invested 20 million to redesign and upgrade the original regenerative chamber, molten pool, Combustion system, material channel, bottle-making machine and installed base.

The molten pool was enlarged from 55 square meters to 81 square meters. A day after production is expected to more than 60 tons, and it can increase the value of industrial output of about 45 million yuan. This project introduced the domestic advanced 3 table of bottle blowing machine, and equipped with the international advanced level of French multi-function joint inspection machine and automatic packaging line. This machinery will be put into operation on September 25.
