Foreign Trade of China Appear almost Zero Growth in the August under PV Products Anti-dumping Investigation launched by EU

(China Glass Network) Gross value of imports and exports of China in the August is 329.29 billion RMB, which appears micro growth of 0.2%.

 

Experts analyse that relocation of manufacturing factories is the significant cause of dropping of foreign trade. Exports of August is177.98 billion USD, with increase of 2.7%; while imports is 151.31 billion USD, dropping 2.6% compared with July. Favourable balance of trade is 26.67 billion USD.

 

Chen Deming, Minister of Ministry of Commerce announced on Sep 9th that influence caused by global economic descending are more and more obvious and situation of foreign trade become more and more severe.

 

Cost of labor and land in Central and West China is lower than that of East China, orders that can’t be completed in the east area can be transfer to the central and west area, to take advantage of the lower cost.

 

Investigation launched by EU on the Chinese PV products also has a great influence on the foreign trade situation in the latter half of the year. Release from Xinhua News Agency report that representatives of Ministry of Commerce has gone to EU on Sep 11th to negotiate about PV products trading between China and the Europe.
