Hawkins Architectural Products is investing in about $100,000 worth of equipment for its insulating glass line, according to an October 31 Fredericksburg.com report. The fabricator, which Grey Mountain Partners purchased in February of this year from Hawkins Glass Wholesalers, hopes to "pick up business that could lead to a second shift and another 25 or so jobs," according to the article. About 45 people work at the 40,000-square-foot facility currently.
