Since 2204, the strategy manager of Taiwan New Energy&Electricity Company Chen Yongchang began to pay attention to the development of Taiwan and mainland PV industry, and to learn the related enterprises’ operation model.  He said, I think, we are both ok about the sincerity and the cooperation way, but the investment, capital scheduling and market opening are restricted.

Qin Haiyan thought, Taiwan and mainland has a large cooperation room. Mainland has huge energy demand, year-increasingly power capacity, rich renewable energy, bank deposit and social capital. And for Taiwan, it is of advanced design, production solution, and excellent human resources and marketing channel.

“We should work together to respond to the European investigation through building a cooperation platform.” Luo Jianguo said.
