Metropolitan Glass receives 2012 Circle of Safety award

Metropolitan Glass has been honored with the Pinnacol Assurance 2012 Circle of Safety award. The contract glazier is one of 50 recipients to receive this award out of Pinnacol's 55,000 policyholders, according to a release. Metropolitan Glass is the only glass company to have met the Circle of Safety criteria since its inception in 2008, company officials report.

“It’s an honor to accept this award on behalf of our hard-working field personnel.  As a company, we continue to be committed to our safety program," said Michael Smith, president, Metropolitan Glass, in the release.

The Circle of Safety award recognizes Pinnacol policyholders for their exceptional risk management, which includes safety, loss prevention, financial management and claims management.
