DORMA opens World of Access Design Center in midtown Manhattan

To better serve the architectural design community, 

Guests can learn more about revolving doors, review choices in door closers and pulls, browse hardware and more. Among the design center’s features is a media table that can upload spec materials, immediately integrating them into images or drawings. This technology makes it easy to recognize all relevant product elements and advantages, and manipulate the design display with ease, DORMA officials report.

The World of Access Design Center provides accredited continuing education programs, instructional sessions, product and service introductions, and additional events serving the design community. It also hosts design consultations and other meetings with DORMA clients. The space is equipped with full video capabilities and a database of case studies that make it possible to see and feel how DORMA products will work in actual projects, according to the release.
