Horizon Glass acquired 500 W. Tennessee Ave. in Denver from Condit Exhibits for $2.2 million or $63 per square foot.
The 34,719-square-foot, Class B industrial building was built in 1972 and is in the Upper South Central Industrial submarket. The buyer is expected to take occupancy next year.
Phillip Yeddis of Unique Properties LLC represented Horizon Glass. The team of Tyler Smith, Alec Rhodes and Aaron Valdez of Cassidy Turley Colorado represented Condit Exhibits.
