The Overcapacity of Glass Industry

Some people think, as a kind of conditional industry, glass industry futures on low industrial concentration, severe overcapacity, the contradiction of supply and demand, price instability. The glass futures listing lay a solid foundation for the whole industry. It is an effective way to avoid risk for the manufacturers and traders.

The weak demand is the primary reason of the sluggish market. On the cold winter the downstream demand is in off season. Under this pressure, the manufacturers may choose to promote the sale through cutting price.  In the short team, the situation will be not improved. From the all, the global economy will get warm and loose monetary environment will bring back in the near future.
