Annual capacity of 60000 cubic meters’ foam glass project of Hebi ignited

(China Glass Network) On Feb. 27^th, 2013, Chairman Liu Xiaowei of Wanli Building Materials Company answered firmly that the project ignited and new product will be on in early March.

The project was located in Shilin Industrial Zone covering an area of 50 Mu. Reporter said that General Manager Xiao Zhiqing was inspecting the equipments. And reporter saw a pile of cullet. Mr. Xiao told us that the cullet will be made into foam glass after polishing foaming and annealing. And it becomes the green and environmental protection materials for building.

Entering the workshop, reporter heard the equipments rotating. Mr. Xiao said that, two annealing machines and foaming machines was casted by refractory brick which is 75 meters 38 meters in length. They are two lines of production line finished in the end of the year. After recognition, they will set second line.

Reporter saw the gray brown foam glass in the office of Liu Xiaowei, which looks like a thick wall brick with light weight. Its feature is non-firing and anti-fire. This product is sold to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc. Although it is high, the market is very good. Take an example, all the national foam glass could meet twenty percent demand of shanghai city.
