Jai Mata Glass Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 12, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following:1. To appoint B. Bhushan & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of M/s. P. K. Maheshwari & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi.2. Fixation of time, date and venue to call Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company to accord their permission on item no. 1.3. To consider the appointment of Mr. Samir Katyal, (currently holding the position of Whole Time Director) as Director of the Company.4.
