Restart of Scheuten SolarCurator Wim Eikendal of law firm Boels Zanders has come to an agreement for the takeover of various parts of Scheuten Solar. This is the result of the efforts carried out during the last couple of weeks. On the 29th of February various parts of Scheuten Solar were filed for suspension.Commercial activitiesThe commercial activities of Scheuten Solar, namely the international sales offices and projects business (development, realization and operation & maintenance) are taken over by Sunway Technology Investment Co. Ltd. With this takeover, these commercial activities are secured. There are 32 employees issued for a job guarantee.Optisol and Sunrise R&DRegarding Optisol sales, projects and production (special glass-glass building integrated solar panels) and Sunrise R&D (thin film technology) negotiations regarding a takeover are in an advanced stage.
