Argosy's $60m property purchase tipped as biggest deal this year

Auckland Leasing specialist Nathan Male says the $60 million sale of a landmark Wellington building is the single largest commercial real estate deal completed in New Zealand this year. 

NZX-listed company Argosy Property bought New Zealand Post House at 7 Waterloo Quay near the railway station in a sale and leaseback deal negotiated with the state-owned enterprise by Metro Commercial Auckland-based agents Erin Palmer and Corey Gooch.
