C.R. Laurence acquires Sommer & Maca

Officials from C.R. Laurence Inc., Los Angeles, announced March 25 that it acquired Sommer & Maca Industries, Cicero, Ill., effective March 20, according to a company release. “This joining brings together the products and services of both organizations, and will enhance our customers’ experiences with larger inventories available from all our North American locations,” said Donald Friese, CRL chairman and CEO, in the release. “This is a new chapter in the history of both CRL and the glazing industry.”
