Maximum safety with Heye IS-Machines

Safety continues to be an extremely important topic in the glass industry.Heye International has launched a new Safety Snap, which is mounted on its latest valve blocks and means more safety for the machine operator. The safety snap prevents any unintended release of the override valve. It protects against any critical movement of the corresponding mechanism while someone works on the section. The Safety Snap can be added to any track of the new Heye valve block. The manual snaps, which have been used for several years, complete the electric safety function.The Heye valve block concept consists of two blocks, one for the blank side and one for the blow side. The operator can directly see what is happening before him, nothing is hidden (other suppliers use one valve block for both sides and have limited or no sight to the other side).
