Year 2012 was full of interesting projects for SGE. From the company start 2009 we have faced economically challenging operating environment as the recession has deeply affected the safety glass industry. Nevertheless with dedication, real expertise and unique expert services range we have developed each year in leaps. Throughout the year we collected customer feedback from all our larger training groups to learn how we performed and did the trainings meet customer needs and last but not least enable us efficiently develop our services further. Our overall participant satisfaction rate was 8,25 (on a scale 1-10, where 10 represents excellent) of all trainings conducted during 2012.
